I love this book. Couture Sewing Techniques Claire B. Most of the techniques illustrate some form of puckering or pleating, and Wolff comes up with effects I’ve never maniipulating dreamed of. Ever wonder how your grandmother made those pillows that look like they are woven out of strips of fabric but are actually just carefully pleated?

Wonderful instruction for adding texture and shape to fabric. I loved watching the things she created and the photography was very useful. So if you are really advanced quilter, you will find the quilting section thin.
